Shipping policy

How long does shipping take? 

All orders are confirmed and fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or e Packet depending on your location and fastest available service.  Time frame for production, if needed, is 3 - 5 business days and the typical shipping time is 5 - 15 business days. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays however, all orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business past receiving your "Shipping Confirmation Email", please email us at Support@PureByHer.com.  We ship worldwide and shipping times vary from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
